Everyone is busy, I'm flexible. You can choose to have your session over the phone or a location of your choice. 

I will meet with twice a week for four weeks. Each session is one hour long and you have the option to choose from Transitional, Wellness or Creative Coaching. 

I will meet with you three times a week for four weeks. Each session is one hour long. You choose between Transitional, Wellness or Creative Coaching.

Group coaching is available to families, organizations and corporations. Groups must have a minimum of 4 people attending paying $50 per person.
