Flow has become the new catch phrase in modern times, when referring to other phrases like, being in the zone, words like serendipity ( the occurrences and development of events by chance in a happy or beneficial way), follow your path.

But I am learning that flow is both working hard and being still when necessary. I am learning that the flow is a spiritual path, when the practical and the spiritual meet. Flow is that beautiful timing when there is alignment and amazing things manifest in your life.

What I'm learning what flow isn't, that grind to make something happen, and the feeling of spinning your wheels. It doesn't mitigate hard work, but flow is stating you have done the work and divinity is taking over now.

I do struggle with this at times, the waiting can make me feel restless, and sometimes feelings of guilt like I should be doing more as it attempt to take over. The uncomfortability of waiting is teaching me how to trust, let go of control, balance in the sense of staying focused on the goal but go and enjoy life and allowing the process to develop. My litmus test is when I began to stress and try to make things happen before their timing. The art form of flow is to wait for divinity's timing for perfection.
