Wellness coaching combines the connection to the mind, body, and spirit. My coaching focus is holistic. Eating healthy, exercise and meditation can alleviate stress and create a quality life! Paradigm shifting is key. The mind has to change then the physical work can be done. This is crucial, you have to do the work. The greatest plan in the world cannot succeed without commitment.
